I graduated from the University of North Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Family Studies in 2019 and then went on to receive a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in December of 2021 also from UNA. I have worked with children, adolescents and their families to assist them in coping with a range of mental health diagnoses for 1 ½ years as a counseling intern and 2 ½ years a full-time therapist. 

I am currently an Associate Licensed Counselor under the Supervision of Shawn Carroll, LPC-S. I also am a National Certified Counselor. I also have been trained by the National Child Advocacy Center in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).  A few of the therapy styles I incorporate into sessions are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused-Brief Therapy.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my 2 dogs, crocheting, creating diamond art, going to different parks, watching Disney movies, and traveling around the country.
