Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Disorder, Trauma?
I design interventions that look at both the present challenges as well as the underlying issues that are contributing to these challenges. For example, you may report that you have anxiety about social interactions. This intervention may involve looking at your perception and your beliefs about yourself and your expectations of being social. As a result, you may need assistance with developing coping skills in order to relax, but also gain skills in how to interact socially. Given the complexity of your issues, I specialize in a number of different areas. These include, but are not limited to:
Relationship/Interpersonal Skills
Communication Skills
Depression
Anxiety
Behavioral Challenges
Adjustment Issues
Self-Awareness
Self-Regulation
Addiction
Distress Tolerance
Bipolar
Schizophrenia
Trauma
Grief and Loss

I cold called the office looking for help about the steps needed to get help for my daughter. Thinking I would just be told they were full and try somewhere else like another office had told me. The office staff, especially Matt, were very friendly. He wanted to make sure I knew what I needed to know to get the help I was looking for. Even though the office couldn’t help personally, they even gave a recommendation for another office that could. If this office is willing to spend so much time giving information to someone they knew they weren’t going to profit from, I whole heartedly believe if your lucky enough to be seen by them they will give their all to helping you.

I went to Reese for several months in 2021 and she is amazing at what she does. She made me feel safe and comfortable and helped me so much!! Highly recommend!!

I can not speak about anyone other than the man at the front desk as he would not allow me to see anyone else. He, however, was absolutely awful to me. I would really like to speak to someone else regarding the way I was treated when coming in for grief counseling and paying cash. It was the most uncalled for situation and I hope it does not reflect on your practice morals.
